I wouldn't care if everyone I attack has over 1mil resources. But that's only 5% of the pop or even less. So there's a 20% less resources to loot from 95% of the target we attack. And FYI th8 and th9 does not need to be baby sit and protected. I think being able to lose more and gain more at higher level battles will make this game more exciting. I'm not going to raise my trophie to attack people with higher defense and less loots. No one is that stupid. People will trophy hunt if it was possible at all for non-gemmed to compete.
Have you ever seen a game that give beginner more loots than advanced players? NONE - except supercell. This backward thinking is ridiculous.

yep, thats why i said on the level thread, that before this loads of people used to say: "Level is meaningless, you dont unlcok anything by leveling up, its all about the base"

What kind of game rewards a level 90 player with less loots than lvl 50? Answer is clash of clan. That 160k is only 80% of what you can loot and I farm way more than you at th7 with my lvl 4 army which is 1/3 the cost of your army. High level is where big battles is suppose to happen, but idiots like you use 4 lightnig spell on mortar and only barb/archer army think thats smart. It's pretty sad. Dont you want to be able to afford better army at lvl 9? Or are you satisfied using a fully upgraded wooded sword on your lvl 90+ character?
