So here we go, a water controlling wizard like person thing called the tidelementalist. tidal wave and elementalist together forever...
Torrent Ability: Sends waves of water to flood enemy bases (just buildings not whole base)

Range: 5x6 tiles (shoots a wave of water 5 tiles wide and 6 tiles in distance)

Ability towards tidelementalists: 2% loss DPS... 6% healing per wave
Ability towards other friendlies: 2% speed and dps increase... 3%health loss
Note****he does 2x against cc troops but only 1/2x against heroes...
Heals other tidelementalists with each wave but on every 5th wave he loses 1% dps
Other friendlies get no heal bonus but a rage increasing speed and damage by 1 % but lowering health by 2%
Note****his range is contact with the building, only the wave shoots out 5 tiles wide and 6 tile in length.
