Clan bonus!

I like to suggest a clan bonus for all the members.
Bonuses are unlocked by trophy rather than levels (since players tend to lower their trophies on purpose)

The idea would be

+1%-? loot bonus
+5-10 army camp space
- 1%-? troop cost
+5%-? attack bonus

And so on. Bonus can be active all the time or just during cw

Bonuses could be unlocked on 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k, etc clan trophy count.
Just giving people something to work for those trophies.

Even if we have to pay to activate such bonuses.

So clan members can donate some of their excess resource to the clan rather than just holding it and waiting for it to be stolen.

Resource let's you activate the bonus for a price. For example:

1m - 1 day
2.5m - 3 days
5m - 7 days

Bonus level will still depend on clan trophy count.
