Clan war ♥♥♥♥♥ing

During my clans last war we were paired against a clan that also had 15 members (they had 15 to start with anyways). There were no TH10 on either war map. then after war started, the opposing clan had a couple TH10 with Max lvl troops (re)join their clan to be able to distribute max lvl troops to CC's both on Defense and Offense. This gave their clan an extreme advantage.

my suggestion(s) is/are

1- Once a clan has initiated the search for a war then that clan can not add any new members to the clan until the clan war is completed. this ensures that there is no funny business of removing weak gem bases with MAX lvl troops from clan until after war starts and then bringing said weak bases back into clan for troop donations.

2- If the above suggestion isn't possible (which I really think is easiest way to stop this form of ♥♥♥♥♥ing) then make it so War Map CC's can only be filled with troops from other clan members on the same War Map. For troops requests used during War Map Attacks, when a player is requesting troops for attacking a War Map base then have it so the player must choose "Troops for War Map Attack" / "Troops for regular Attack" . if it's a War Map attack then only players that are on same war map can donate troops. I'm sure with SC's creative minds you can fine tune that part). if the request is for WAR MAP then only players on the war map can donate troops.


I understand that you can not control every form of ♥♥♥♥♥ing but the blatant ♥♥♥♥♥ing can be controlled.

Clash of Clans is a pretty fun game and I hope you can keep it fun.

While being Sly and Sneaky, Im pretty sure this doesnt count as Che ating...Yes its a form of deception and trickery, but its war. Also, if they took out their th10s on the offense, it cripples them as well in the war.

@HiFliya.. You can dress up the word "♥♥♥♥♥ing" any way you want. It does not take away from the fact that it's ♥♥♥♥♥ing. And this is a game, it's not a real life war so the trickery/deceit should come from the same war map... And the th10 bases that only have MAX troops and very weak bases so they are not taking anything away from the clan by not being on the war map.



If a team wishes to be tricky and sly then they should use the XX number of players participating in that war to do so.

There are a few things wrong with this post.

The first is that war spectators can not donate to defensive war CCs.

The second is that every clan is equally able to recruit members, of any level, at any time they like.

The third thing is that none of this is chëating. It's strategy.

Oh the irony. This is how opt-out will be exploited, just much much easier than it is today. Big clans will stack the odds in their favor and use it to feed more easily on the honest than they already do today.

And back to the strategy... I'll assume you have ♥♥♥♥♥ed throughout your life if you think removing a player from clan so they don't get beat up in a war but bring them back in after war starts so you can use their troops is anything but ♥♥♥♥♥ing in a game. If that's a strategy to you that does not fall under ♥♥♥♥♥ing...then I'll also assume you're French.

It is war..... It is just a different strategy......at least you don't have to fight the th10 players.....doesn't sound like chtng to me.

So am I because I am 99% sure Confused is correct on this. I would need picture/video proof to believe it. I know they can still contribute troops to their normal CC to be used on offense during wars but they should not be able to donate to the war castles for defense.

All that said there are two ways to approach solve this problem. The simple one would be to not allow clan members who are not in the war to donate to members who are. While it does nothing to correct the stacking of the war roster at least it removes the problem of troops being donated that would normally not need to be defended against.

The second option is more drastic but does a more comprehensive job of preventing the exploit. If a player leaves a clan and a war is started while they are gone they can not rejoin the same clan until the war is over. While it would not 100% solve the problem it would be a serious deterrent for all but the most dedicated.

Do you have a screenshot of your enemy bases in map?
