Page listing units/items that can be upgraded now or soon

I spend too much time tapping items on the board to see how much in resources I need to upgrade/research. It would be nice if there was a page in settings, or a separate tab when you click the achievements girl that would list out all items that you have enough resources to upgrade now. Lower on the list, you would find items that are just out of reach of upgrading, but would require more resources and that amount would be listed as well. They could even have a column that told you how many gems you would need to upgrade immediately! Hey Supercell, wouldn't people be more likely to use gems if they could see in a 1 page summary how much or how little gems they would need to upgrade different units?

Its a great Idea.

Can I suggest when you tap on a builders hut you are presented with three tabs

A List of Current upgrades time left and Gem Resource cost to complete tap on gem button to complete order by least time to complete
