Leader should decide which member can join the clan war.

I also recommend that the clan war bonus should be more because many players lose money even if they win.
For example, 10 dragons cost 360000 for TH8. With the spell added on, it is at least 430,000 elixir for a single battle.
Two attacks are 860,000 elixir. As a leader, I donate at least 15 dragons each clan war, which cost 540,000. Total elixir is 1,400,000 elixir for a clan war.I can only get 500,000 in return if we win. At least, the bonus should be more than 860,000 to keep it balanced.
