[Version 2] Positive loot solution for both players and SuperCell

Well, since my first thread was completely removed over the poll being biased, I am recreating the thread with the same content, any content that was reworded will be in color.

A true loot solution that benefits players and SuperCell

First, I want to say the current Clash of Clans loot economy isn't THAT bad. It's just good enough to get by, and just bad enough to make it pretty hard to keep all builders busy.

Well why doesn't SuperCell use any of the SIMPLE but effective solutions to make the loot better?
Examples: (1)New collector level. (2) Higher league loot bonuses. (3) Leaving the abandoned bases.

If the economy of Clash of Clans was so inflated then players would no longer need to use gems on loot. If the loot system is just slightly bad enough so that builders can't all be kept busy, it persuades players who are willing to spend money to spend gems on loot. Gemming loot is the most expensive use of gems, second being gemming upgrade time.

Because the tough loot system is causing many players to decide to stop playing, I have come up with a theoretical solution that is positive for both players and SuperCell.

When do I spend gems? When all 5 builders are hard at work and I already have enough loot for the next upgrade(which rarely happens now that the loot system is JUST bad enough to prevent this)

How to fix it? Incentivize keeping all 5 builders busy. Following are some examples, but the incentive doesn't matter as much as the fact that there is one.

    • Loot rebate - If an upgrade completes when all 5 builders had been working you get a 3%(example) rebate on the cost of the upgrade. For example a level 3 Inferno tower costs 8,000,000 gold. All 5 builders are working and the inferno tower finishes, you receive 240,000 gold back. The percent could be less or more, but this provides more loot in the economy and gives a reason for players to keep all builders busy(I'll explain further down why this is good for players, and why it is good for SuperCell)
    • 10%(example) speed increase on all current upgrades. For example if you had 4 max teslas and a max Inferno tower being upgraded(for an easy example) instead of them taking 14 days it would take 12.6 days.

Why give players an incentive to keep builders busy?
How it helps players: If all builders are busy loot can't be dumped into walls, storages will fill- cause there to be more loot and more loot circulation.
How it helps SuperCell: Because players will keep 5 builders busy AND because their will be more loot, as storages fill up, like me, players will gem upgrade times one after the other to keep the cycle going.

Please share this thread, and reply to keep it circulating, this is the most ideal(and flexible) solution to make both players and SuperCell happy.
