I suggest that can clash of clans account may have a username and password for a reason that you can log it in even you are not using your mobile phones or tablets . You can set a site where we can log in our account or in this site maybe for it can help promote the other games of supercell and if this thing work it will help other clashers that have problem saving there progress in COC because the google play services can't be downloaded because there is an error while downloading .
