reset not coming back sucks. i guess my clan war suggestion still has a chance.
No that's not the only solution.

Now I do think being able to use elixir for walls was a gigantic mistake. Elixir being plentiful was a good thing. Furthermore, being able to use elixir for walls greatly diminishes the point of having multiple resources.

I said as much every time I saw it suggested. But it's what SC decided to do, so now it's our reality. No sense whining about it. SC has historically not reversed their stance very often on game changes.

The current issue with the game and loot is that the economy is propped up by inactive players. The more activity there is the worse loot becomes. They need to make changes that would transition the economy from raiding inactive collectors to acquiring trophies and raiding active players.

this sir is a great idea. But it would likely require more resources to be collectable (by me) and thus raided (by you)!

This makes a lot of sense. i doubt increasing the loot % for active players will make people happy. trophy-based changes is the way that makes a lot of sense. great idea.

Not necessarily. There could be bonuses to maintaining a higher trophy count. A very basic one that already exists is the league bonus. However, they could introduce other ones such as increased troop build speed or increased collector output.
