Which unit would you upgrade further?

If you could choose one unit to be upgraded to level 6 or level 4 (for tier 3 troops) which would it be? I'm already denying a possible level 7 barbarian/giant/archer.

I would go with a level 6 wizard, I think they'd just obliterate everything in their path. Also I don't know how to make a poll, so it's just in question format.

Another dragon level would make it look pretty badass.
