Preperation usually does not take 24 hours for a war, the longest it should take is about 12 considering you can still make troops during the war itself.
So let's say both sides have all players willing to start some 8 hours into preperation, what are they supposed to do now?
With the current system they would have to wait a further 16 hours before you got to actually battle.
That's boring so what i suggest is a ready button the clan leader and only the clan leader can press to indicate their entire clan is ready for battle.
Once both clans ready up the battle can begin early (Note the timer still remains).
It's simple to implement and saves a ton of time, please add this.
