Choosing of opponent clans with the same lvl and country instead of random searching

Sorry for my english. But i hope they consider this. Choosing of opponent clan in clan war. The leader must invite the opposing clan, but theirs is a option if he accept or ignore the invitation..

Example:

Phil vs phil

both they are in common friends.

Clan war opponent selections are already bad enough!
By adding more requirements you would unbalance things even more than they already are.

This is not a good idea.
