it will be much better if you delete troops in your castle it will also reduce the amount on the current request. so we don't have to wait 15 mins more if someone accidentally put troops which isn't your request. and this will not going to break the 15 minutes cooldown request system since players can only donate 5x in every request.

Other players can donate and it seems like it could artificially boost donations, my apologies if I have misunderstood the idea. It's a little bit hard to read it the way it is written.

Not really however some clashers would much rather join a clan full of level 100 players than level 50 players without actually looking at base strength. But you are right it does not matter much. I just can't see supercell ever implementing a feature that allows people to level up easily they removed the sell building feature early on in the game for this very reason.
right...5 exp will boost everyone's level to 100 in just a day. if the 5 exp will hurt you maybe they should just remove the donors exp if the player who request deletes the troops -__-
