How about an option that when someone hops after leaving your clan quickly there would be a button for revenge on them to raid their town hall. If someone leaves a clan they lose their shield. thus enabling someone to attack them on their way out.

This could easily be exploited by players for loot transfer. Also it seems like a kind of a power-tripping rage of a 13 year old leader idea. Who cares if someone hops out of your clan? It happens to everyone, just have to recruit loyal members and beat on through the hoppers.

Bad idea
This bad idea that some hopes we have to take a revenge. So want to make a trap that if someone come accidentally or intentionally should never go out. Think about it.
There might be many reasons to leave a clan. Like language problem, misbehaviour, inactive clan etc etc.So this will not be fair enough.
