Option to help clan members via completing upgrades for them

I have run out of reasons to purchase gems as frequently as I have in the past. My base, troops, heroes, and spells are all maxed. However I have clan members that do not have the ability to buy gems or just simply can't afford to buy them. From a developers point of view I can see how gems being purchased and used within the game is vital. I can also see why there would be hesitation in allowing transfers of gems. However, My idea is a simple one. Let's use my situation as an example. If I have a clan member that is currently upgrading something ( specific structures, such as air defense or wizard towers) I think it would be great if i could visit their base, click on whatever they are currently working on and be given an option to complete the upgrade for them using my gems. Obviously it would have to be an item that the player has already started upgrading.

This is already being done in the form of troops donations. So many times I use gems to make requested troops for members and by doing so I am essentially buying their defensive troops for them. Yet it takes quite some time to use up gems on just donations alone. So if I had the ability to complete an upgrade for a member which is really is no different, it would allow me to find a good use of gems within the clan. It's just adding some more depth to the ways in which we can help strengthen and build a team together.

I can say that this feature would give me personally a reason to continue frequent purchases of gems. I am not joking when I say that I have literally spent thousands on gems purchases in the past and now I have all but stopped. If needed for any reason, maybe limit the upgrades that can be performed on any single players base during a specific time period. I don't think this would do anything more than open the doors for a new stream of revenue and allow players to help each other out when they have the ability to do so.

In theory it would give those that do buy gems another reason to continue doing so while helping their clan members. I have a few members that are currently upgrading towers and mention how nice its going to be to finally get it complete. Some will not even get online as much simply because they want the upgrade to complete first. Adding this feature would be a nice way to open a door for increased revenue without changing anything fundamental about they way the game is played. I mean my members will eventually get the towers complete anyways. With or without this feature. So it would just keep them more active in the game instead of just a few visits during upgrades and would start a new stream of revenue for SC. If its just an option for players then those who wouldn't help clan members with upgrades anyways will not be affected. Yet those who would help clan members and have the means to do so would now have that feature available to them.

Any thoughts or reply's welcomed on this topic. Thanks!

Exclamation It will reduce the Income of supercell

As your simply giving the gems to another player with or without money. It is trade of gems .And even if giving it free then another player do not need to buy gems from supercell. Also this type of idea is ruled out by the supercell.

No it would not reduce income. It is a fact that some players will never, ever buy gems ...ever. Allowing another clan member to help out by completing an upgrade would only mean that they would have to purchase gems to do so. This would be a purchase of gems that would not have occurred if the option was not available. So how is it reducing income? Those who will buy gems will do it anyways and if they didn't have to because someone else did and upgraded for them it is still the same amount of purchases for SC. Why would they care who pays for the gems as long as they are getting paid for?

The problem here is that SuperCell give gems away with new accounts (and give very easy gems to new accounts)
There's no difference between gems bought and gems handed out with new accounts, so what's to stop me creating new accounts on a second device, and gifting all the gems (via these upgrades).
    It's too easy to exploit.

Easy. The feature that allows a player to assist in completing upgrades for clan members should not become available to players until they have depleted their initial deposit from SC.

There is no difference between an earned and a purchased gem.

Simply put, No. Too exploitable, obviously. Similar to transferring resources
