    Thumbs Up The Solution to it All, accept the current situation

    Think about it! There is no actual loot problem. All of us can find a raid with positive returns. I know we can! Once we realize that we can go back to playing the game! No farming is done while you yearn for changes that don't need to be made! I have a maxed base! What's my secret to farming you ask? Let me tell you!

    So when you're farming for elixir, the secret is to quit your raid if what's left won't cover your army cost. If you know it's a negative raid, don't continue. Quit and move on. The key is to only use what you can cover! Farming for gold is even easier! You only have to cover the search cost! All gold beyond that is gravy!

    Examples? If your army cost 80K, then attack everything with 81K and up, but don't use any spells though! That will put you in the red! Accepting profits of only 30K are ok! It's still profit! That's called farming! Put in more raids of positive gains and you'll eventually get what you need! Need more profits? Simple, Do more raids!

    So just accept the way things are! Stop giving yourself stress! Relax and enjoy the loot!

    League bonus is something I bought up and supported by almost everybody on that thread. I was countered by somebody who said something about th snipers.

    You're supposed to PROTECT your th in the first place.

    It is of no surprise to me that option is getting the most votes. Barching abandoned bases is by far the quickest way to upgrade your base, expect for gems of course. 95% of the enjoyment I get out of this game is upgrading my base. I have no desire to build tough armies that take a long time to cook so that I can earn gold/elx/de. Our clan wars 2 times per week and that sufficiently fulfills any need I have to build a heavy army and attack a tough base.

    I think the coc team should employ a hardcore farmer who has experience with grinding out high level walls and heros so that they can get that persons perspective on how difficult it was and nearly impossible now with the current system.

    The answers to this games many problems are terribly easy to fix. Some of them I expect will be implemented.




    These are my top 12 ways to fix the game off the top of my head, not specifically in order of importance:






    1. Add importance to the townhall. Make 25% of loot come from the townhall. Or add a minimum % before a 1st star. Both will get those townhalls inside and bring back a TON of resources into circulation. Townhall sniping is one of the worst features in the entire game for many reasons.


    2. Add extra bonus loot for more stars... A townhall snipe or a 50% barch is not worth the bonus a hugely expensive mass dragon or gowiwi 3 star gets.


    3. Increase collector output... Increase league bonuses in general... It is woefully inadequate


    4. Queue spells.. Why in the world cant we queue spells, we boost our spell factory, but while we search for 15 to 30 minutes for a base to hit it does nothing. There is no excuse for not being able to queue spells. Half our spell factory boosts are wasted for no reason. Troops are mostly cooked then we have to wait completely for spells... Sillyness


    5. Make elixir usable for only level 10 or 11 walls. At least then you dont destroy the elixir economy. As it currently stands, once big elixir upgrades are done, bases with walls less then level 10 will never have enough elixir to cover a proper storage raiding army.


    6. Make winning a defense worth something! Right now all it means is you get some cups that mean nothing and a big re arming traps bill, OR lots of resources lost from multiple attacks AND a rearming bill from multiple raids potentially.


    7. Lower trap re arming significantly, Last time i re armed it was a 176000 gold bill and my traps arent maxed... That is insane... I have to raid potentially two times to break even and cover the next re arming...


    8. Improve units AI... They are woefully stupid... Constantly attacking walls when a route exists, or ignoring a building and hitting a wall, or pounding a wall or building instead of defending themselves from troops attacking them. Troops stack on top of eachother perfectly for that mortar blast... A little random placement for the archers would be nice. Healers.... Heroes... List goes on...


    9. Make clan searching usable... People have no resource to advertise their clan in game, and people have to stumble around to find a good clan. Huge improvements can be made here.


    10. Creative chat channels based on levels or trophies, clan alliances, looking for clan, leagues, etc... Global is essentially useless. CoC is a hugely popular game, these functions exist in every other MMO, it is time for CoC to get with the picture. Let people check the channels they want to join to be in multiple channels at once.


    11. Trophy system and play above 3500 is broken in so many ways it needs another 10 ways to fix that by itself.


    12. Nexting system.. On a win, the nexting gold could be returned to you, on a loss it goes to the defense would be a great help. Or if you skip a base, the gold goes to that base potentially. Nexting is a mess and has too many issues to tackle in this post.

    Thats why clash farming requires no skill.
    I just dont see a reason in actively farming when a 9 year old could easily do it.
    Skip 50-100 times, drop barch, sleep, repeat 999999 times
    Th sniping can take you to champs so thats no skill.
    Even fluffy bunny farmers and pushers have no skill because they are fluffy.

    I guess that clan wars is only the fun part where you can show your actual skill.

    Nope. This will kill the game. To save up for expensive upgrades will require you to stay online for ever.
    Everybody will just drain all resources in walls and keep their storrages low. Farmers are the ones exposing their resources after every raid and you should be greatfull about this.

    That's a good sugestion. There should be an incentive to go for more stars.

    Collectors are fine, just give us an intecive to max them. Agree on the league bonuses.

    Agreed, but this is probably a way SC earns a lot of gems from hunters.

    100% agree. That way players are forced to have some elixir on storrage before Its dumped.

    Would like to see all next-gold from people nexting your base added directly to CC or TH avalible for stealing. And agree on toombstones should have more value.

    Air-mines and megabombs could be a bit cheaper, but not important. Placement is important so they only get used when really needed.

Constantly attacking walls when a route exists, or ignoring a building and hitting a wall, or pounding a wall or building instead of defending themselves from troops attacking them. Troops stack on top of eachother perfectly for that mortar blast... A little random placement for the archers would be nice. Healers.... Heroes... List goes on...

    Cant disagree, but this is also down to skill and learning how the troops work.

    Living in Norway after the rest of the world discovered NORSK i totally agree on this. Good suggestions.

    I like it to go to the base you next, but avaliable for stealing right away. Gradually making that base more attractive the more it is nexted. It would also be good for the game in general as players would log on oftener to collect it.
