Leaders and Co's should not have a Clan mail Cooldown

In our clan there is quite a few key positions

Being Clan mail is the easiest way to message the entire clan having such a giant 12 hour cool-down on messages in insane

Such as if any minor mistake in directions is made you have to either hope someone else is online to correct it or hope for the best

I understand spamming could be a problem, but if a clan is organised then they would only have a few people messaging anyway

The 12 hour cool-down is just such a hindrance in communication

This is why I like alt accounts. If anything the cool down would be reduced not removed

Spam is an issue... cooldown could be reduced but I like that the cooldown exists. I don't want to be receiving 3 or 4 messages in a couple of hours when I'm at work. I get notifications that they're there, but can't login and get them.

As i said i do agree that spam is most definitely an issue

But wouldn't any half structured Clan only have a leader and a few co's also with those co's certain roles to play

Most of our communication does happen through line

But in the past, people can see an in-game message, react to the message without even thinking of line

It's a tough one

Or something like leaders have no cooldown and they get to choose which co's get 0 cd or something along those lines

To at the very least, give clans the option for certain people no cooldown on mail?
