Sorry your right it isn't ruled out but I think it should be because it could be abused

Lol s'aight, thats why i put in all those provisions before sparring/dueling is available to anyone. That way CWs are still fair (minus ghosting and Fluffy Bunnies) and everybody can spar with who they want. OF course revenges are an issue, but you still get to view and plan for that base with any other strategy.

I haven't read the stickies in a long time but I memorized them before so I think it actually was ruled out but not anymore

Sorry didn't know it was ruled out...many are saying it would be abused if created but maybe there could be a number of times you can use the practice? 1 time a month perhaps?

in my sig there is a link to a lengthy discussion about the abuses and possible ways to program around them. In the end it is very restrictive and fairly complex. Enough so that most people loose interest. But it is possible and could be very useful to educate new players.

First 6 people that replied all agreed and all have under 10 posts... suspicious. Also, I disagree with this idea. If you want to get better at raiding, trophy push and attack normal bases, not practice on people. Your normal raiding when you search for a base is your practice. Also, this could be abused for war by practicing many times on a base you are about to raid.

Ok every thang can be abused and can be controlled there are always rules to every thang supercell can handle it and if you click on my profile name or search my name hAve almost the same idea and from the people I have talked to in chat also agree this would be a wonderful idea
