Spectators should at least be allowed to donate reinforcements in clan wars

SUPCELL should allow spectators to donate in clan war period since new members are not allowed to immediately prepare for one.

So, if a maxed th10 joins a clan with th5's and 6's after the war begins, he can donate max level troops? Wouldn't that be unfair to the other clan? (The th10 can leave the clan before the war starts and come back after the war begins)
