I just started to play CoC. Are there any special offers for jewels like it is in Hay Day with diamonds? 70% off or something like this?
I'd really like to have more builders.

Nope, never has been, never will be. SC don't give freebies. You must pay.

Since Supercell are literally making a killing on income, there probably won't be any specials until their income dramatically slows down.

We aren't psychics though, so no one can say Supercell never will for sure, but seems very unlikely right now

Okay, thank you. I just did not want to buy some, and an hour later a popup asks me to buy with 70% off or so. So I think SC gets some Euros from me, I think it's worth it.

As others have said........no. As long as CoC remains successful with increasing revenues each month as it has every month for the last 6 months there never will be. Don't expect "specials" or "discounts" as a reward for loyal members either, the only way you'll get freebies is to either rank in the top 3 clans or top 3 players.

a little tip if you're going to buy some gems, don't spend them on resources, but on builders IMO

I just bought 1200 to buy a third an a fourth builder. After buying the third I recognized that the fourth costs double. Argh.

However, three builders are better than two, and the way to the fourth is shorter than it was to the third before buying jewels.
