Golems day was great

Today was Golem day. Happy Golem day to you wall. For some not so much. I am loveing haveing golems. I went really low on trophies and was makeing my way back up. I spent the day averaging about 5 raids an hour. I did a golem raid and then a giant raid and back to a golem raid and so on. Went from 1 k cups to 1700. Also did some work at home in between.

I just have a question. Is the golem lvl 1 useful or not?

Do you think the Golem is usefull for farming? Like Golem + 50 goblins & archers can be good or not?

Golem trains for 45 minutes. Not ideal for farming.

1. Golems are a tank, you don't use an all-golem army
2. level 1 is fine, it's the HP you're after.
3. Golem is fine for farming, it reduces your regular Barracks build time, great for farming (can build a golem in the DE barracks instead of several giants)

Only if your regular army will take 45 minutes to train too unless you boost the DB. Or else you get an army with no tank and you're screwed (unless you're like me who's totally fine farming without any giants, but then what's the point of using Golems if you can farm without giants). No Golems are not for farming and not to mention the cost.

I love the golem. That's a TANK! Really, I sent him to a TH9 base with all black walls, companied by 4 giants, a healer, archers and wizards. They creamed their way to 2 stars and 200K of each Gold and Elixir + some token DE.

The chap wasn't happy, revenged me with 10 dragons ... I didn't know why, cos I had next to no resources except for load of DE. I guess I made him upset. LOL. Respect though ... Tonnes of fun watching my base get revenged like that. My AD took out his dragons, no problems there. He shoulds brought a Golem. Buahahaha.

Stop arguing just for the sake of arguing. Most folks don't use their de barracks to farm, so you can just have multiple golems qued and use them whenever they are finished.. As long as you have a brain and don't just mindlessly que your troops, its a cake wall to estimate when the golems will finish and what you should be training in your regular barracks at the time. Remeber, not everyone thinks DE is hard to get, and some people may just like using a wide variety of troops to spice things up
