Clan bank could have a limit on each kind of troop to prevent over donating. A clan donation bank could save time and frustration. Clan mates would be able to go to bank and pick what troops are available in bank. No wasted time waiting for requests and no more unwanted donations.

That would make players exploit it. If we donate drags to the bank for war, there is no way of preventing people from just taking 1 every twenty minutes for simple raids.

This is an awesome, genuine, brilliant, genius idea that Supercell would (and should) have taken into account and added to the gameBUTit's too exploitable, yeah, if mankind didn't know what greed is, it would have been a superb idea.
Having thought about it, this is a really nice idea. A few ways to counter people abusing is to have options for leader only to disable, enable at certain times, limit how much you take a day from certain troops, allow certain members access at different times, etc.
you're making things too complicated. much simpler to have a CC deposit / withdraw log. then leader can kick the abusive trolls
