Ingame trailer dosent come up HELP ME 3 months Now!!!

I have this problem, I don't get trailers ingame to get 1 diamond near the newspaper box ingame and this problem been since 3 months now and i also sent them e-mail but no response back 😭. All my friends get the red card near the news paper box, so i am feed up now 😁 i want this bug fixed HELP ME PLEASE i would like some responce back please 😟 I need diamonds!!!!

This is not a bug, unfortunately. The movie trailer is a perk random players get. This random perk goes away randomly as well.

From what everyone says on here, and from my own experience, it appears randomly and even sporadically. It is definitely not something that every player gets; there are long term players on this forum who have never received a movie ticket. All we can do is be very glad that we ever got one and hope that we get one again. I get them sometimes but not more than a couple of times a week and not every week. In fact, I haven't had one for quite a while now and I am keeping fingers crossed that one will come soon. That is all we can do.
