I raid probably 20+ times daily, sadly I don't find many villages with loot like this.
This was a level 68 gemmed TH9, level 10 king/queen, and empty CC/xbows.
It's not an inactive village, the guy just joined the clan shown, marked as a new member with 5 donations.
