Dude I am east coast US and down, people all over are down. Stop placing blame and recommending self help and track down the problem. There are steps on your end to do to track down problems, I know becuz I am a server administrator.

Pretty sure they said if you continue to be unable to log on to PM them specific info, you know so they can track down the problems.

It's even the same players reporting it as last time hbarbes and I had the same issues last time on different sides of the atlantic at the same time. Common denominator supercell server!! Not ISP!!!!

As a forum mod, I don't have access to Supercell's servers, but have enough information to pass on to those who do. Thanks for the reports, just had to rule out the things I could possibly help with before someone gets a 2:00am wake-up 8-).

It's only been since Friday that this has happened again. Please fix. And I'm assuming "it's a small number of people effected?"

Hbarnes. Not whatever I typed last time... Ps twister none of us feel sorry for someone getting a 2am call when we all pay through the nose. I appreciate you're clearly a very nice person. But I like many want a good service when we pay through the nose for it and we are being seriously neglected at the moment. This was over a 12 hour outage on Sunday!

It would help if we knew what information is actually useful for them? People post everything from clan names to village names. Is any of that useful? Gamecenter accounts?

Hey Guys,

Not sure on the source of the problem but it looks pretty simliar to the server issues from last Friday (which were essentially a backlog of queries jamming things up).

I just reached out to our on-call engineer (it's 2am in Finland so I assume he's asleep) and hope to have more information for you soon.

Sorry for the trouble and I'll have an update as soon as I can!
