Game will not load!

I'm having this problem right now. I was just leaving my household and disconnected from the internet while in the game and I left it but when I got back home I've been having this problem and I read through this whole topic and I've tried every possible thing suggested and even reset my iPad. If someone could fix this it would help.

My Info:

Device: iPad 1 Latest iOS (wifi only) I tried my phone with 4G but it didn't work
Problem: Loading bar is stuck at 90%

Would be great if this problem is fixed as soon as possible tanks Supercell.

game loads till 95% or so..and then hangs forever..
looks like some problem with server..

I have shutdown all applications, have reset the device, and have deleted then reinstalled the game, but it is still not working. I was working this morning around 11am PST, but it has not worked up until the time of this post 10pm PST.

doesnt look like any response form COC, yet so many people with the same issue, it cant be each of us being unable to do somethign right!
