ALways max everything. Walls. Defences. Heroes. The higher up the levels you go the rarer loot becomes and more expensive the upgrades get. Do as many as you can at each level.

don't even want to read your post, just max it out before moving on to the next TH. i don't understand why it's so difficult to follow. this question has been asked for the most times and one answer to end it once and for all would be to either max it out or advance at your own risk and max it out at a later TH which would only increase in difficulty.

Got to th 9. Loot-wise, not much different than th 8, but the enjoyment you'll get from th 9 features like level 6 troops, archer queen and more towers is more exciting.

Loot is much better as a th8, max it out 👍. Just be sure to upgrade th when you are close to max not after. I regret not making my walls lvl 8 before upgrading th. I won't neglect my walls this time even though they don't do much more protection against wallbreakers lvl 5 and 6.
Is move on to TH9. You play the game to have fun and maxing out the little stuff you have left may be tedious. I suppose it's personal preference but TH9 opens a lot of new doors for you.
I would say max it before your going to th9.

I'm really struggling with this same question even though I know the correct answer. I guess if we've come this far we should just pound it out and finish those damn walls. I'm ♥♥♥♥ enough to want to get them done and they bother me right now mixed up purple and black. I did the math and the way I play a safe estimate is about another month at the very most. In that time I'll get the BK maxed (he's also at lvl 7) and maybe hogs lvl four which is really the only DE troop I use. Plus, it's my birthday in about a month so I think I'll give myself a TH9!!!
