Clan War Should Count In PERCENTAGE!

Clan War in COC now is counted in STARS! But for some pro clan who members are th9 and above are hard to 100%
99%- 2 stars
70%- 2 stars
50% also 2 stars
it seems like unfair99% without attacking th is consider a star!
Which is 100% make the atatck RAGE!
Conclusion, ClanWar should counted in PERCENTAGE

Think of it this way. In CW there are generally not that mnay th10s/th9s. mostly th8 and lower for the average clan. Those lower ths would never stand a chance attacking above their th number so the higher Town halls have to come in and do what they can to attack the higher numbers. So two stars versus zero stars is very balanced. Also, what you said, is already implemented. 50% is one star, of which a th counts as a second star. and 100% is 3. The TH is the hub of a village. Only makes sense you get a star if you destroy it.
