Hey i am Rainbowsharts from the clan, Short Bus Riders. I did not pick the name, my leader and other co leader have a a warped sense of humor (to say the least).
Our clan ranges from th5 to th7, trophies from 750 to 1400. The original three members, including myself, are friends from cleveland ohio, and have played these style of wargames together since backyard monsters. We are very active, and left another clan where we comprised the middle of the clan, but were the ones doing most of the spending, war castle donating and winning of stars for the clan. I think all of us are in our twenties, fyi.
Now we are a fledgling clan of 12 members, we've added some other friends from cleveland who are newer to the game, and some random people online, but havent found quite what we are looking for,, which is:
Team players for wars, while we want everyone to get a return on their war investment, we would like even more, to deliver a crushing defeat to opposing clans. this means we maintain tight control of our clans trophy rating, and we will not go to 15 man wars until we have a stable 10 man team that works cohesively. We arent just competing with the other clan but also with our own team, for who is knocking down the hardest opponents. Be that guy who gets 5-6 stars consistently and shows the less confident team members on both sides that we are going to clash some faces in today.
Active players. We war twice per week on a set schedule, usually one weekend war, one weekday war. The point of this is so people who arent as active as our core are, know what days to be on, or to give very active players time to farm up loot between wars. Many clans are constantly warring, we are not, but we expect participation on war days. We also farm a lot, and need more players wanting to send/receive lv3 to 4 archers or wizards. For wars we use dragons or wizards, depending on clan castle.
Someone with a personality. We have a facebook page for the clan, just so we can interact a little more and share things we find online with the clan. Its not endearing when you add a new member, and they say nothing in chat at all, dont try to coordinate in wars, never request or donate. these members arent really making the game more fun, or anything, they are just there.
