Also, this could be used unfairly. Say you were in champs or something like that and some guy raided u. When u checked his base, he had practically everything full of loot. You could easily drop down to sub-200, 3 star 10 bases, and then revenge the guy and easily get all the loot plus a lot of trophies...so no.
Thatd be so unfair to the 11th person and a nuke bomb doesnt fit with the clash of clans theme

OK you need to get 3 stars on 10 raids.
This can still be easily abused. I can keep nexting and find TH8s in crystal league, and I can easily 3-star them with my farming army.
The on the 11th attack ruin a maxed out rich fellow TH10 base. This is a terribly unfair deal for the 11th player that I attack.
This isn't Call of Duty Black Ops. No kill streak nukes please.
