Some way of deciphering who is donating wrong troops

Receiving wrong troops in war castle is annoying, players don't always log in before war starts to see and remove. As a clan leader it is very hard to figure out who is doing this. People seem to think war donations count to troop donations and so, only donate giants and ridiculous troops in the hopes of increasing their ratio. Possibly allowing players to block certain troops in their castle, or identifying donator by war map location number. Regular donations to clan castle aren't as big an issue, usually you can catch the problem person, but in the war castle there are trolls that seem to enjoy griefing others

It takes a little detective work and maybe some process of elimination. And once you find them its best to put on a pair of heavy boots for the rest.

There are a few threads like this, supercell should definitely implement these ideas, it would also be good for your normal cc aswell. when you request troops and somebody keeps giving you something you didn't ask for it can be very frustrating and you can't always be watching to see as they donate it who it is.

They did respond to this with a fix, they made it so that you can kick out anything that you did not want. As far as complaining that its too hard to check in and make sure things are all set for your upcoming war I don't know what to say. Maybe should not be in war if that's too hard.

The point is that you would like to know who it is if it's a regular occurrence so you can deal with that person accordingly

Understood, and I can understand why it bums you. But I am suggesting that this is where strong clan management is needed.They cant engineer every problem borne of 'bad behavior". Leader is an actual job that needs to be done. Its tough. Don't be afraid of making unpopular decisions.

My sense is you are young, and thought it would be really cool to be leader of your own clan where you and your buddies would all have fun and be a great clan together. What you are in the process of finding out though is that leadership is actually a tough job, that its on your shoulders to solve the sort of problems that you are seeking for SC to. Your clan will not be 'great' unless you take on a strong leadership presence and get everyone going in the same direction to make things that way. Its not easy, don't expect it to be, nor do you have the luxury of being everyone's buddy all the time.

Make sure you only have 2-3 co leads, no more than 5. And that they all are on board with the direction you want the clan to be going. They have to guide others that way and lead by example themselves. They should realize that co means they have this responsibility, Co does not mean that they are above being accountable for their own behavior and in fact means they are more so, not less. If they are not setting a good example take co away. If they quit over that you have to accept the loss and know that it was in fact good riddance.

If you are being a strong leader and you have a good management team in place, then you guys can work together to catch who is screwing around, and don't be afraid to cut out (Kick) the bad elements.

Also, don't hesitate to address bad members and if your clan winds up low on members for a bit just live with it. After a while people respect you and to not try pushing you around and doing things behind your back. As you refill with guys that get that you will find it a happier place.

Nah. Mybe they dont count as real troops until he war starts, thus you can still get better options.

Im a leader of a 70+ clan, i have 45 people in my clan and have an idiot that keeps putting giants in war castles and sometimes new guys who do similar. Dont tell me not to war, i want a simple way to deal with this. I have 3 people after looking at every base that im suspicious of. So youre saying i should kick them out cause i can't prove which one it is. No instead i request a solution to this problem. I dont need instructions on how to run a clan, i need help making it easier to manage.
