Getting Daek Elixir and the Barbarian King as a TH7!!!

So, I got the Barbarian King in a week and this how I got it.

Step 1
Go Up To 1400-1600 trophy range and hunt for DE.

Do this by Picking of the Town hall or putting barbs and archers to surround the base and get 1 Star use 4 WB for help.

Step 2

As a TH7, You have 4 barracks. In 2 barracks train 2 WB and the Rest barbs, and in the other 2 train 2 WB and the rest Archers. And minions for help.

Step 3

Now Attacking, What do you Look for ?. People with people with 1000 more DE and 3X Lightning them. Make sure they are not Level 5 or 6 other wise you will not have damaged the DE Storage. or look for Storage that are exposed that have 100+ DE or use barbarians and arches to steal from DE pumps. Use wall breakers for storages that you can get or the Pumps. Also Try to get 50 % in every battle so you do not lose a lot of trophies or get the TH. Revenge High Level Players With Dark Elixir are a priority.

In one week? Nearly all of my searchers I haven't found dark elixir storage with more than 500 dark elixir lol. I just had to gem my barb king.

I've finished collecting 10k dark elixers within 3 or 4 days. You don't need to go up 1600. I think I farmed most of it at around 1200.

1. Look for high level farmers, they usually leave there dark elixers fairly unprotected, make sure you pick those off.
2. Drop lightning spells on storages with a fair amount of dark elixers ONLY IF you're almost certain you can't get through it with your normal army.
3. Use lighting spells as much as possible, but DON'T waste it. You want to make sure your spell factory is always cooking a spell. If your spell factory is full,find a base where you can use at least one spell.
4. Look for high levels in your defense log, there are some high levels there with ALOT of Dark Elixer to revenge.
5. Don't care too much about gold and elixers, use them generously to generate the best raids for your DE hunt.
6. Protect your DE well when you go off

Your trying to save dark elixir so you'd probably be better off not using it on minions.

Your trying to save dark elixir so you'd probably be better off not using it on minions.

Ok, I Barely Use minions and only use 5 so level 1 cost 30DE, which is barely anything. I only use minions to take out mortars that no air shooting Units Can Get.

This, by far, easily got me most of the 10k DE needed. It also meant I didn't have to push into a trophy bracket where I'd end up losing a lot of the DE collected after each farming session.

Took me 5 days hunting 10k DE at 1100-1200 range. Congrats to those who got it earlier

There are bases with DE for stealing at all trophy ranges. However at 1,100 to 1,400 I was only seeing 500+ DE bases every 10 or 20 searches at best. Even then they were a bit too hard to take.

If you can get your trophies up to around 1,400 to 1,600 then you'll start to see DE every couple of searches. Then you can search around 20 to 30 times to find a good one. By that I mean fairly accessible DE storage and 700+ DE.

My strategy was, if they had over 2k DE then it was probably a tough base. For them I would snip the Town Hall (most are outside) and drop 3 x lightning spells. Also check to see where their DE pumps are. Most of the time these are easy pickings. Then quit and save the troops.

Otherwise I'd use my normal 4 star farming troops to smash and grab the DE storage.

You have to make a decision though. If you're going for DE then you're going for DE. Focus on nothing else other than the DE storage. Blow your whole army if you have to. Due to this it's best to have a few hundred thousand elixir for troop rebuilds in reserves.

I'm TH7 and have BK to level 5 and minions to level 2. Will probably also do the hog riders before moving up.
