How Many Searches Do You Skip Before You Start Over?

From what I can tell. So long as you are clicking "next" your next army is being rebuilt. So if you search for 6 minutes and then play for 2 minutes you have 8 minutes worth of rebuild. Is this not correct? Seems to be from what I can see in my camps.

If however I search for 5 minutes, end battle, search for 2 minutes and the play for 2 minutes I only get 4 minutes worth of new army - not 9 minutes.

I'd like to be proved wrong but I would not bother clicking "end battle" as it will affect your next battle.

Thoughts?

Search number depends on my mood and trophy range. Could be anywhere from 1 to 50ish.

Since the last update it takes ages to find a good loot.
I probably spend like 50k-100k gold just finding a decent one.

Why? Random is random. All you're accomplishing by doing this is increasing your army build time. I search until I find a target worth attacking.

I once heard that skipping 10-15 times and restarting the search again gives better loot. I myself haven't had much success with it, but later on this turned into my "habit" where after doing 10-15 searches even if I don't find anything, my fingers would "automatically" cancel the search and I'd start over again.
