In the new update you should be able to choose were your builder will go/upgrade next
such as say your builder is updating one of your defences you can choose for him to
update your town hall next!

Dont think it has been ruled out, might have to double check, but that would just dry up what little resources we have left into the game. if someone could queue their builders endlessly that would drain literally millions of resources per upgrade in the higher th levels
