My account which was ♥♥♥♥ed earlier was supposed to be restored to my sole ownership .SuperCell requested the first gem purchase receipt,which I provided accordingly.The person ♥♥♥♥ing my account has also no access to either my gmail ID and password or my Apple ID. I was under the impression that providing the information SC required,they would be able to determine who is the real owner of this account and deny access to the other user.My account was banned recently and I thought when restored I would be the only one with access to it,but it looks like restoration of my account had no meterial effect on its ownership.The person ♥♥♥♥ing my account is not only playing as me but also canceling my upgrades and wasting my gems.
Every time I contacted Supercell,I did revieve a response within three days.This time(which I told them the restoration process didnt work)I dont know why they have not responded yet(It`s been taking 1month).Given that I have provided all the information required I assume there is something wrong with the transfering of the account back to me.please attend to this matter as soon as possible.
I know I have to wait,but Its been taking over 1month since my first request.supercell was supposed to deny any unauthorized access to my account but after two days, ban was over and nothing changed.Im strongly sure that all my information given and my gmail address receipt buying gems from supercell is 100% proven and the other guy doesnt have any of them.
I would like to ask you once again to take care of this matter and restore my account to my sole ownership. I am lost village right person.
