As far as I'm aware you can only revive trees twice before they need to be chopped down and replaced.

Not to be confused but sorry I used "revive" instead of harvest. What I meant is I was able to harvest twice (should be 3x right before withered +1 when revived)

Recently I see that random visitors seem to be able to revive my trees and bushes. So I thought I do the same and I have visited a lot of farms in order to revive trees and bushes. Although I can see that they need help, I can see the dead trees and bushes and the exclemation mark on the avatar, I cannot revive the trees and bushes. I also checked if the boat was the reason for the exclemation mark but in most cases their was no boat. So, do you have to be at a certain level to be able to revive trees and bushes at farms which are not your friends?
