Leader/Co-Leader chat wall

Very first post, so I sincerely apologize if this has already been suggested.

but adding a 3rd tab for an additional communication wall. When promoted to co-leader or leader you gain acces to this wall. It would allow communication between the highest ranking members of the clan without elders or members being aware.
