The preparation time for clanwar is waaay too long.

Even 12 hour prep 12 hour battle would totally screw my clan, because we have people from America and from all over Europe with European leadership. My wars start around 9 in the morning. I have no time after 9pm and before 9am, as I have to be at school at 7:30.

Exactly! If war prep was halved then half your clan mates could potentially miss the whole prep day because they will be asleep and then be completley unprepared for battle day.

No they are not... it gives people in different place that has different timezone a chance to prepare.

Yes I agree it should be cut in half as it is currently about twice the time we need. I'm a serious player though I could be done in a few hours. Heck I'd boost barracks if needed. It would make the last minute base layout changes mean more also.

If a serious player takes a few hours, how long would the casual players take? There's no real need to rush the timer for everyone

Isn't part of the point of clan wars that they all be the same? When you see a clan's war wins, you know each and every one of them took 48 hours. Sure, some clans war more than others, but they all take the same amount of time to complete.

I get that a lot of people want more wars. I hope its not for the loot though as you get much better loot in 2-3 hours of regular raids. I just think shortening the war time or allowing some clans to start early is not a viable solution.

Clan wars must have 1 whole day for preparation and 1 whole day for battle. Cause of then players would get loot bonus more often...

Maybe regardless of time zones but not regardless of life. Some people are in places where they can't access the game for over 12 hours. For example, pilots might be stuck on a plane working (no wifi allowed) or some miner would be stuck underground without reception. Plus, people shouldn't be sneaking out of work to play games. 12 hours might be unneeded on prep day if donations are done quickly but it's easier on everyone to keep it as a whole day
