Maybe allow a chat room 5 minutes before war and only 5 minutes after?

This would be interesting to see and it would probably get people online to attack if they can see chat but I can only imagine how explosive the hate would be when it's compressed to only 5 minutes of chat

It depends on your opponents' attitude on sportsmanship. It vary with people with good/bad attitude.

As you can tell from Global. Sportsmanship is rubbish in this game
