i had 1100 trophies and now 1480 in 2 days!

Because for every town hall, there's a certain trophy range that's the sweet spot to farm at.. easy targets, high in resources. After a while of farming, you climb trophies and are no longer in that range, so you must purposefully lose some battles to drop.
