Do the maintenance breaks stop the timers for builders in your city? I plan my building and upgrades out and they get messed up for some reason when there is maintenance. It usually takes 30min. and when i get on, the things are delayed 30min!! now am i just seeing things or is this real and really annoying ?

Im not sure, but i know I had a wiz tower finishing at 1am... Which is weird as i know for a fact i would not have started it much after 10pm...

I remember hearing something in one of flammy's videos about one-day upgrades not taking exactly 24 hours.
I'm a little fuzzy on the details but I think he mentioned that one day actually took a few minutes more or less than 24 hours (again not 100% on the details). Assuming this is accurate, over a several day upgrade this could make a noticeable difference.
I remember upgrading four gold collectors to level 10, I started at 8pm with all of them and after the four days they finished at half 9. Very strange...

Every time you load the game it stops the timer, so the more active the longer your upgrades are, I have had ones be off by 3hrs
