Transfer Gold/Elixer to Another Player Unit.

Hello, i have notice that on Global top,
the player have max everything and nothing to do with elixer and gold.

So instead transfer the elixer/gold to another player so that player will be get extra help for the base to maxed everything.

I hope you like the idea.

It's ruled out. Maybe you can sell troops to max. amout of resources set by SC.
