New Donate Method: The Community Pool!

Okay, so I was just thinking, and I had to come on here and get it out of my head.

Here's how it will work:

There is a collective of troops donated, by all members. You can donate to this pool and they will be there for everyone to take at will. To prevent someone being selfish and always taking everything, you're only allowed to take the same value (in elixir) as you give.

For example:

Let's say you throw 10 level 3 dragons in the community pool. You now have a total given value of 360k elixer to spend on getting other troops out of the pool into your Clan Castle. In my opinion, this works better than the current system, because with a big, active clan, you can pretty much have any troop you want at any time, as long as you also give something back.

Tell me what you guys think, and if there should be some changes or improvements on the idea!

Sorry, but this isn't the best way.
That pool is OK, but it must be several to donate requests and it will take a new window.
I think this isn't good.

ok i like it but needs lots of tweaking, itd be a button in clan castle next to request troops, itd be on the same cool down cause its cc troops, and you can donate 5 at a time if youre donating, and only take as much as you can fit in cc, just like regular donating, however... this kind of.. it helps people that are on when no one else is but.. it kind of gives people less of a reason to need to be on cause they can just shove a ♥♥♥♥ load of troops into the pool and say theyve done their job and stay off for awhile

A clan should share Elixer and Gold Too! A clan actually supporting eachother to grow into the biggest clan.
Now that would make some strong Clans.

no.. it can be exploited.
its ruled out because of that, i.e. weak member giving strongest member or shielded member all their ersources while they raid, or multiple accounts between a person that are only leveled up for resorce gathering then giving all the resources to the real account after they farm it...
