Nice idea.. If we want an upgrade desperately in time for a war we would be able to stack 2 or 3 builders to the same building in exchange for some gems or a percentage of the resources.. I was myself gonna suggest it but my friend here did it before me.. Ty

Like the person above me said, this has been ruled out because most players buy gems to speed up the constructions and so supercell would lose income.
Be careful because this could be counted as toxic behaviour
