In our clan elder is earned and not given (how it should be) -
Donations needed: 250
Co leader is only given to those who stay loyal to the clan for a significant amount of time and are trusted :)
Rules (few but important):
1. Stay active - show this by being in chat often and donating
2. You must attack in war unless you have a legitimate reason not to
3. Must have a 1:2 donate ratio per season and must donate what is requested
Most of all have fun :)
