give gold and elixir to clan members in need

If you run out of gold and elixir ask clan members for a little bit of gold for a upgrade or elixir for some troops

This is extremely easy to exploit and would cost SC a lot of revenue from gem sales. It will never happen. On the other hand, as long as other players can raid the caravan that is transporting those resources I am all for it.
