Clan war member sugestion!
I have a suggestion
Why is the war preparation would be to add who wants to war and who does not? For example, in our clan has 31 member. Once[5,6member...] a player does not want to fight because he can not or saving for some upgrades.
Make the Tick on a player who wants to fight this war, and who does not want to.

I know this idea has been proposed before but I haven't really seen any official Supercell comment towards it. Is there one somewhere?
My clan is going through the same growing pains right now. We had to create a secondary clan so people can sit out while upgrades complete, or while they wish to take a break from war. That kills the camaraderie of the clan and also removes the possibility of troop donations to or from those people that just want a break. I'm afraid that the people that are in the "sister" clan will eventually quit the game because they have to make the decision to war or play with a very small clan with no ties to the larger clan. There is no viable in-between.
A simple check-box editable by the member and/or leader for war participation would go a long way to improve the game.
17 Members in our Clan, 2 are AFK for the war... Why sideline players that can step up and fill the slots?

Yes supercell. I know that this idea came thousand times ago. But it IS necessary!! My clan almost broke in pieces because people didn't attack cause they were in holiday, had visitors, became sick... So we lost many clan wars due to inactive clan members. But should we kick them just for that reason? An opt/in button would be so easy to implement and would provide so much peace inside the clans. Please react supercell.

Overall, Supercell does not have the idea on their current roadmap for implementation because they don't yet know how best to implement it and they don't want to adversely affect their idea of what Clan Wars should be. The good news is that they haven't ruled it out either.
