    New troop ideas (Halloween Edition!)

First off this a thread has ideas for three different troops, the main reason why they are being grouped in one post is because all of them fit the Halloween theme, the costs for the troops will be in either elixir or dark elixir based on their strengths.

    Name: Pumpkin Bat
    Training Cost: 11/13/15/17/22 DE
    Training Time: 2 minutes
    Housing Space: 2
    Damage Per Second: 40/50/56/65/75
    Favorite Target: Defenses (x5 damage)
    Hit points: 32/40/55/60/65
    Movement Speed: 32
Description: Is it a Pumpkin with bat wings or a bat with the face of a pumpkin? Either way these aerial troops seek out enemy defenses and crash into them, exploding and inflicting huge damage.

Other notes: Dies as soon as it deals damage and the damage is dealt after it reaches the center of the defense with a 1 second swooping animation delay.

    Name: Reaper
    Training Cost: 50/65/80/100 DE
    Training Time: 8 minutes
    Housing Space: 7
    Damage Per second: 165/200/235/260
    Favorite Target: Any
    Hit points: 186/218/240/262
    Movement Speed: 24
Description: Fast and without limits of the flesh, the Reaper brings destruction wherever it goes. With restless steeds and soul scythes, Reapers make quick work of defenseless villages.

    Name: Grave Looter
    Training Cost: 65/80/95/110/130 DE
    Training Time: 8 minutes
    Housing Space: 6
    Damage Per second: 39/46/52/58/65
    Favorite Target: Resources (x2 Damage)
    Hit points: 500/586/658/770/928
    Movement Speed: 12
Description: A tough undead troop whose mind has spoiled to the point where only greed remains, ignoring all else in order to build up their collection of trinkets and shiny things.
Reference: Could not find one however I have imagined it to be an undead giant wielding a shovel and a crate on its back, later levels could have a treasure chest on their back instead or a golden shovel.

Okay I see people viewing it and no comments, is it good? Do they make sense? Is there some issues with them?

Some views could be bots, not human players,

And most people prefer not to leave feedback. I'm not sure why.

Well that kind of stinks, but without any feedback how can I improve them or get a general feeling for how the community feels about them?

troops that deal x5 damage on defenses would be a bit too op dont you think lol.... x2 id understand but x5 is sorta alot. Unless they hit like 5 hp to where they are basically useless and wont be added in game anyways xD -1 on that note ideas are okay but i doubt they are adding any elixir making troops due to fact barracks go up to lvl 10 at the moment sure they may add lvl 11 but can bet you only th9's/10's would be able to use making it not very useful in long run due to fact defenses would destroy these fast.
Maybe new dark elixirs troops due to the fact they have the "Upcoming" sign on them but new elixir troops i doubt will be added.

Well the troop dies as soon as it deals its damage, just like a Wall Breaker.
Having them all cost DE would make a lot more sense, originally these three were part of a bigger idea for a Halloween event where instead of just an extra bomb it gave a whole new barracks called a "Graveyard" That would make these troops until the holiday was over, as well as different bonus traps like the Jack-in-the-Box (reskinned Spring Trap), and the Spider Mine (weaker and cheaper version of the Air Bomb).
But yeah I will update the prices to reflect DE

I think they are all pretty cool ideas, particularly the idea for a reaper, essentially just a stronger faster and more costly unit than a barbarian, but that would be useful and cool to mix things up.

The suicide defense bomber is a cool idea too, but something like that shouldn't do as much damage as stated... Or if it did the unit should cost more and use up more housing. At the max level it does a little over 400 damage to a defensive structure, and because it has 32 speed, only takes up 2 housing and is a low cost of dark elixir that seems a little on the op side in my opinion.

Also think the grave looter is cool too; Solomon Grundy came to mind in my head reading that haha.

I think the most interesting idea you have here though is the idea about having a graveyard; a kind of "auxiliary dark barracks" in a sense, that opens up the way for there to be more dark troops than what a lvl 10 dark barracks could grant us.

Which has got me thinking now, what if supercell can make us some kind of "auxiliary barracks" that would grant access to even more regular elixir based troops? That I think, would be really effing cool

I think the Reaper is cool too, I am not entirely sure about how much damage it deals but considering it costs almost as much as 2 wizards and its melee I believe it to be balanced.
The Pumpkin Bat might deal too much damage in its current state, I basically wanted another way to remove defenses that could directly compete with the Hog Rider in terms of effectiveness, while having a bigger weakness and less housing space. The damage might be tweeked a bit but I think lowering the health would be best so that Wizard Towers could one-shot them.
And the Grave Looter is actually my favorite troop of them all, basically a goblin that can actually take some abuse (since goblins have very pathetic health) or a giant that goes after resources, either way I like it the most.

And the "auxiliary barracks" you mention would actually be something that would be really cool, my idea with the Graveyard was like a seasonal event that I was going to post earlier but didn't since the halloween stuff right now is kind of... Insignificant. An auxiliary barracks sounds so cool right now.

It does sound cool, and it's been on my mind since reading this thread earlier lol.

Perhaps there can be a building type called an "Arena" that would produce gladiator themed troops such as secutors, Samnites, chariot archers, and maybe even more mythological things like a Minotaur or a Naga....

I think it'd serve well as an "auxiliary barracks" but maybe also have it double as a defensive structure as well and have a lion that guards it, kind of like a mini barbarian king (not a super strong lion since bases are hard enough to raid as it is, but strong balanced enough to keep things challenging)

    Just an idea.

I read another thread earlier about an idea to make mechanical type troops out of a blacksmith or ironworks type building, that would be produced using gold instead of elixir.

    Also an interesting idea.
