Lightning spell must be reassessed

I used to zap a lot at th7. I vote to leave it as it is.

As did I and likely most players. The only time I use it anymore is on rare occasions revenge TH10s who I have no chance of revenging otherwise. Even then I understand that the exchange rate hardly makes it worth while but at least I got a little something out of my revenge button.

The game is all about loot. Whether a low level town hall uses or abuses his/her lightening spell for dark elixir(de), is completely up to them.
You cannot expect a th7 with lvl 3 or lvl 4 troops to gain access to a lot of de when up against a th9 or th10. That is the only other way they can obtain de.

As for using a lot of resources for de. I agree we use a lot of elixir for the de, however those spells dont come cheap either. So stop whining and enjoy the game the way it is being played. Rather appreciate the fact that people who play this game actually know how to use what they have effectively. Otherwise it wouldnt have been a challenge to begin with.

Fact remain, you complain about lower levels looting your de with spells, tomorrow a lower level th will complain about higher level guys flat lining there base and hard earned de.

So for those of you who have an issue with lightening usage, stop being self centred and try and remember how tough your days as a lower th level was.

Thats a really ♥♥ post i ever saw. I never fell any difficulties when i was at a low TH. I remember those days as madness loot. Im staying allways in same streak which is comforatable for me. When i was low i dealed with it. Like a dog know where his/her spot and i never saw TH10 attacking me.
And that gonna be a good challenge for low lvl players. Now they would actually need to EARN the DE. And i can expect they building trops and attack TH of the same lvl as they are. Why should low TH players get access to alot of DE? They should take by a small parts as i do. Game must be same for all.

I would really appreciate the NEW game way being played. And others would meet same difficulties as i DO.
FYI i never used such a coward way.

Maybe you have advice or solution how should act TH10 in this case!? Be free to post your useful ideas.




As for other useful posts its a good idea to at least low down the damage for dark elix storage to make it senseless to use lightning spell.

I currently have 72,564 Dark Elixir in my storage right now. I routinely go this high lately since I'm pushing to get all my DE troops upgraded.

For TH9 and below, I have nearly 3,000 Dark Elixir available to loot.

How much have I been zapped?

2156 Trophies. If Dark Elixir is important to you for an upgrade, you should be in Crystal and above. Any lower and it's your own fault.

PS. I know that low lvl players going to flame at my thread. For them Im going to say this: "If you cant loot resources from a strong base, maybe you simply dont deserve them?".

Aint it was mentioned i was talking about crystal league. Today i gained from 50k to 75k to up my queen to 16 lvl. Strange, but i havent been zaped today too. Does it mean it havent happened to me before?


Second and the last. Aint i said thread must be clean of nubs and flames?

You never have difficulties? That's probably because you pick on lower town halls. Don't think you are that high and mightly because you are just as worst as the rest of us. You might be lower because the rest of us don't think they are better that another. You sir are a hypocrite because while you say zapping takes no skill. How in the world did a town hall 7 get so high in trophies to zap you if you are a high town hall unless you have no skill yourself and farm on the lower leagues.

I like Cam's idea where teslas should be able to absorb the lightning spells damage if close by. It'll help save DE and stop barching 49%s from 50s.

Yes the loot was amazing from th6 to th8 because there are alot of abandoned bases. And yes zapping take no skill even disabled ppl can throw lightning spells . FYI im farming at crystal 3 to 1 (depending of my mood), lower is sensless to go. If you going to discuss my personality you doing a big mistake i avoid you of doing it anymore.
