Lightning spell must be reassessed

The game is all about loot. Whether a low level town hall uses or abuses his/her lightening spell for dark elixir(de), is completely up to them.
You cannot expect a th7 with lvl 3 or lvl 4 troops to gain access to a lot of de when up against a th9 or th10. That is the only other way they can obtain de.

As for using a lot of resources for de. I agree we use a lot of elixir for the de, however those spells dont come cheap either. So stop whining and enjoy the game the way it is being played. Rather appreciate the fact that people who play this game actually know how to use what they have effectively. Otherwise it wouldnt have been a challenge to begin with.

Fact remain, you complain about lower levels looting your de with spells, tomorrow a lower level th will complain about higher level guys flat lining there base and hard earned de.

So for those of you who have an issue with lightening usage, stop being self centred and try and remember how tough your days as a lower th level was.

I like it how it is. If you're having issues with using your DE all the time you need to gather it quicker so you can upgrade a lot more quickly. For example just go on raid after raid whenever you can, boost your drill and stay online whenever you can.

one idea I do like that I have seen is that at least 1 troop has to touch a storage unit for a lightning spell to steal elixir gold or dark elixir. I hate the lighting spell on my dark.

I'm currently a th9 and dont like it when ppl lightning spell my storage. However it is a strategy and they spend plenty of elixir on it. As well I did this as a th7 (how i got a lvl 3 king) so I cant complain

How do you steal loot? By dealing damage.
Whats a lightning spell designed to do? Deal damage.

The game doesn't limit how you deal the damage, and it should remain like that.

How about having lightning spell reduced damage on storages... Like 1/2 or 1/3 of the damage

M a th7 n in gold.. I see many th10s n th9s farming.. They get in gold and raid a lot of weaklings with low cost troops and gain 3 or 4 times the cost. I say that if they can do this.. We can zap you too. I zap a lot for my king

TH 9-10 won't make much off a TH7 village, but shaking down school kids for lunch money doesn't either.

There is a slow and steady mindset at play here. Its not mine, but I do follow the logic, even if it offends me.
